01Acceptance and eligibility
These User Terms govern your use of Lunara, including its Android application, AI character features, coins, and subscriptions. By using Lunara, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for activity and purchases you authorize on it.
02The Lunara experience
Lunara provides conversations with fictional AI characters, text and image interactions, character looks, and related personalization features. Characters are simulated; they are not real people. Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable.
The service is for creative and entertainment use. AI output is not professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Use your own judgment when relying on a response. Features may require an internet connection and may vary with the current app version.
03Responsible use
You agree to use Lunara lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to:
- Create or distribute unlawful, exploitative, abusive, or threatening content, including sexual content involving minors.
- Harass others, invade their privacy, impersonate them deceptively, or infringe their rights.
- Upload content you do not have permission to use or disclose.
- Bypass purchase checks, manipulate coin balances, interfere with the service, or distribute malicious code.
- Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
04Your content and AI responses
You retain any rights you hold in the text and images you submit. You grant the limited permission necessary to process that content and generate the response you request, including transmission to cloud AI providers as explained in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your submissions and how you use generated output. AI output may resemble output provided to other users, and Lunara does not guarantee its originality or that it is free of third-party rights.
Lunara’s branding, interface, character artwork, and other provided materials remain protected by intellectual-property rights. Your permission to use the app is personal, limited, and non-transferable.
05Subscriptions and coins
Lunara offers optional subscriptions and coin purchases through Google Play. Review the price, billing period, coin quantity, and included benefits shown before confirming a purchase. The Membership Agreement governs these paid features.
Coins are consumable digital items for supported in-app features. They are not currency, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold. A subscription does not include unlimited coins or every paid feature unless the purchase screen expressly says so.
Subscription renewal and cancellation are handled through Google Play. Refund requests are subject to Google Play policies and applicable law; these terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights.
06Availability and changes
We may update Lunara to improve the experience, address security issues, or meet legal obligations. AI services, network access, and app features may occasionally be interrupted. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or a serious breach of these terms. Material changes affecting a paid entitlement will be handled in accordance with applicable law, the purchase terms, and Google Play requirements.
07Responsibility and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, Lunara is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every response or feature will meet your expectations. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of AI output or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits statutory rights, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed digital services. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
08Updates and contact
These terms take effect on September 11, 2026. We may revise them when the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required.
